By accessing the site and purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Scope of Independent Assessment Services
Global Skill Services operates strictly as an independent, private professional development platform specializing in skill benchmarking, knowledge verification, competency diagnostics, and career-growth auditing.
- Educational & Institutional Disclaimer: The Company is not an accredited academic institution, university, or professional licensing board. We do not issue formal academic credits, diplomas, degrees, or legally recognized professional licenses.
- Gateway Compliance & Outcome Disclaimer: Our services are designed solely for self-assessment, professional upskilling, and internal corporate readiness mapping. We do not offer, guarantee, or promise employment, recruitment, job placement, visa sponsorship, immigration assistance, or successful application outcomes with any external government or regulatory authority. Our assessment reports are independent evaluations of professional skill levels, and their acceptance by third-party organizations is entirely at their own discretion.
2. User Accounts, Registration, and Security
To access our evaluation dashboards and testing suites, users are required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information whenever necessary.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities performed under your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that display suspicious activity or contain false information.
3. User Responsibilities & Data Integrity
The integrity of our independent testing models relies on authentic user participation. By enrolling in an assessment plan, you agree that:
- All professional information, credentials, certificates, and portfolio entries submitted are genuine, accurate, and legally owned by you.
- All assessment responses, project submissions, and verification exercises are completed solely by you without unauthorized assistance, plagiarism, or automated AI scripting tools.
- You will cooperate with our evaluators and provide any additional documentation required for assessment verification.
Enforcement: Submission of fraudulent documents, plagiarized work, or cheating during assessments constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your assessment plan, invalidate assessment results, and permanently ban your account without any obligation to refund previously paid fees.
4. Financial Terms, Pricing Tiers, and Currency Transactions
- Payment Execution: All assessment fees must be paid in full through our authorized secure payment gateways before access credentials are issued.
- Currency Structures: Domestic plans are billed exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) for residents of India. International plans are billed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).
- Taxation & External Fees: Unless otherwise stated during checkout, listed prices exclude GST, local taxes, bank charges, payment processing fees, and currency conversion charges imposed by financial institutions.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses
Unless otherwise indicated, all website content including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, graphics, assessment questionnaires, diagnostic frameworks, and performance reports are owned or licensed by Global Skill Services and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial professional development.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Collecting or extracting website content to create databases or directories without written permission.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing proprietary assessment questions, grading systems, or evaluation methodologies.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or bypass the security mechanisms of our systems.
6. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Skill Services, its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data, arising from the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Global Skill Services, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of assessment reports, or violation of any third party's rights.
7. Term, Termination, and Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions remain effective while you access the website or maintain an active account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
